Who we are

What we collect
When you request an audit, we receive your name, email, Amazon store or brand link, and your monthly sales range. If you become a client, we access your Seller Central and advertising data only with the permissions you grant us.
Like any website, our host receives standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to deliver and protect the site. This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it

- To keep the site secure
We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Service providers that run our site, forms and email: Cloudflare (hosting and email routing), Formspree (forms) and Google (email). Your account data and numbers are treated as confidential.
U.S. state privacy rights
Residents of California and other U.S. states with privacy laws may have the right to know, access, correct and delete their personal information, and to opt out of its sale or use for targeted advertising. We do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising. Email hello@elevatefigure.com to make a request; we may confirm your identity first.
Canada and Quebec
If you are in Canada, you can ask to access or correct your personal information, or withdraw your consent, by emailing hello@elevatefigure.com. Our providers may store information outside your province or country, mainly in the United States.
Keeping and deleting your information
We keep your information as long as needed to serve you and as the law requires. You can ask us to delete it at any time, and we reply within 30 days.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
